adequate stay in central location
ineffective air conditioning charged water
the air conditioning was not effective. despite reporting it, the room remained warm. additionally, the policy regarding complimentary water was disappointing. i only received water bottles upon arrival. i had to pay for any additional water

helpful staff comfortable beds
The staff was helpful and friendly, showing genuine care. The recently refurbished decoration added a touch of elegance. The beds were comfortable.
the air conditioning in my room was not effective, failing to cool the space adequately. This made it difficult to rest comfortably, particularly after a long day exploring.

The room included quality amenities and a super clean bathroom, ensuring a GREAT sense of luxury and comfort. The SUPERIOR soundproofing meant I had quiet nights. The ample space was very welcome after a long journey.
